Kaptive.uk ("Kaptive", "we", "us") is a trading name of K4o5 Ltd. We're a new company, so this policy is short and plain rather than padded out, but it covers what UK GDPR requires.
Data we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you give us directly through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party ad pixels on this site.
How we use it
Submitted contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list without asking first.
Third-party processors
Contact form messages are sent using Resend, an email delivery service, purely to get your message into our inbox. Resend processes the message content as part of that delivery. It isn't used for anything beyond that.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, and delete them once they're no longer relevant.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we'll action it directly. There is no automated system to navigate.
Changes to this policy
As Kaptive grows and we introduce real product accounts, this policy will be expanded to match. Any material change will be reflected on this page.
